It has low noises with low vibration levels, and it's low maintenance as well. It has applications which include the cooling of lasers, medical and laboratory equipment. The refrigerant compressor cools a stainless steel coil located in the coolant tank or a heat exchanger plate. The Central Chiller Controller monitors the coolant water tempature and controls the refrigerant circuit. The coolant water circuit is designed for use with deionised water. A pump circulates the coolant water reliably to the load (e. g. laser). A particle filter on the chiller output and the flow sensor in the return, ensure trouble-free operation throughout the cooling water circuit. The heat is expelled via a fan or transferred to an existing primary water supply via a heat exchanger. |

The cooling water is cooled via forced ambient air. It is environmentally designed to own to the closed coolant water circuit. It replaces fresh water supply with a robust and reliable design. It has a very good performance ratio and at a cost of low maintenance. |

The small compressor on termotek chillers are based on 24V speed driven compressers. The speciality of this system is that the Freon is direct evaporated into a stainless steel plate and keeps it temperature stable. A water circle is not neccessary what makes the whole system user friendly, smaller and service friendly.All the electric components are 24 Volt DC driven. The P1000 Direct Cooling will be designed to the layout of the laser module. |
